Create and Configure Data Stream

Create a Data stream that sends customer records and event to Experience Platform

  1. Ensue the Adobe Experience Platform home is open
  2. Scroll down the left pane, under DATA COLLECTION, click Data streams. The Data streams page opens.
  3. Click New Data stream, as shown:

Adobe The New Data stream wizard opens Preform the following as shown:

  1. In the Name box, type Data stream name.
  2. In the Description box, type name of Data stream description.
  3. From the Event Schema drop down, select the Schema name Adobe Note: The Save and Add Mapping option helps map, transform, and validate date and from XDM. When configuring a Platform-enabled data stream, you can use data preparation capabilities to map your source data to XDM when sending it the Platform Edge Network. For now, you can skip the Save and Add Mapping option for data preparation.
  4. Click Save. The Add service page opens..
  5. Click Add Service, as shown: Adobe
